Did i made the right decision?

i have a cute adorable dog,hes been with us for almost 3 yrs,hes really attached to us,the reasons why i agree to my moms idea (her friend adopt my dog)because shes too busy inside her house,and my younger sister had a lung problem which furry pets are probihited coz it might trigger her lung problem (coz my dog is staying on my moms house),but me im renting my own tiny house i couldnt able to keep him coz of my busy sched, i dont want to keep him and just leave him always alone,no chois=coz of that i decide to keep him with me(that was 2 days ago),and just an hours ago i give him to my moms friend,coz im really busy,and shes the one who really want my dog coz her female dog need a partner,and shes the one offered me,like whatt happened last last nyt im about to go to my work,and im about to leave i heard him crying and following me,so i decide to stay,,and my house is so creepy when dark and i left him off the lights,and last nyt i was in my work, i call my mom to pick him in my house
