If BUSH would have been black, would he have been cool like BO?

OUT there fighting wars, bustin' ho's (bunker busters) and popping caps in peoples a** ..... people hated him!!!!!! BUT....WHAT IF....He was black? Why would you report me for this question unless what I am saying is true?
