☪Schoars, Quran and Hadith say not to imitate Kufr, why do some muslims imitate their way of life then?

Because they realize that the kufr way is better. The kufr invented the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Their religions can tolerate discussion and disagreement and still survive. They don't have to kill people for not believing or for leaving the faith.
