HELP MY ROOM IS UNSAFE...?

My 3 kittens walk around the house now...I have to get up at 6:30am tomorrow and so i have to go to bed in like 3 minutes!!! I dont have time to pick up all of the thumb tacks, spools of thread, used batteries, etc. My mom lets them walk around the house, and the cats like my room best. I dont have a door, so I cant keep them out. HELP!!!???
