My 14 month boy fell from dining table yesterday when we took him for dinner party of my frnd?

I'll start off by letting you know that he's probably going to be fine.he squirmed and kicked off and landed on her head right in front of me today around 10pm. I was sitting right there--against the table--I NEVER leave him or have ever left her unattended on any raised surface so this is just killing me.we went for dinnerparty and there he fell frm sofa , The table is just over 3ft high and have hardwood floors. anyway, he immediately screamed and cried . i just look out for--vomiting, lethargy, irritability, and hematoma. So far so good--it's now 8am.no bleeding,bruise enjoying musIc,i won't let him out of my sight. I'm still totally freaked out and will never get the image or sound of her head hitting the hardwood floor out of my mind. has anyone had experience with this? Is there anything else I should keep an eye out for? Do you know when we'll be in the clear? do i need to take him to ped? I'm so worried...I'm so stressed...I'm trying to stay calm.
