Section 420 of Indian penal code?

hi a known of mine is booked against preparing fraud doent for visa application and 60 pports and forged stamps and doents are found from him,there is no public complaints against him but big problem is that in 2007 he was sentenced to 3 years RI from lower court against similer type of case and was out on bail.this time though he is falsely being implicated by police and shown above matereal recovered from him what is his fate , how soon he will be bailed out by court?
