What are the chances of conceiving?

My boyfriend and I had on February 21, 2011. I had my period from February 13-February19, and two days later we had and the condom broke and he came inside of me. I know they say that you can only get pregnant when you ovulate on the fourteenth day. However, four days later, my cervix was softer, more open, and more high up, so I figured I was ovulating. But, on February 28, I went to the restroom and my urine was followed by a long thick strand of gewy slimy stuff and it was hanging from me. It was extremely stretchy, and disgusting, about three inches hanging from me. So I think I was ovulating at that time. Could I be pregnant? because I know that he came inside of me about seven days ago. Someone please give me a realistic response. It is greatly appreciated. thank you (:
