Whats going on?

Ok so I have been discharging more thatn normal. Its really clear white. But its mucus like. gross i know but this morning when i went to the bathroom i had like a blood spot when i wiped it was rea little though. I feel fine and im not ually active. What can it be. Please help. It woild be greatly apprecitaed. Oh and i alredy had my period for this month July 4th to July 10th.
