Beach body work outs?

i'm not fatt,, but nothing is really tonedd. so i want to tone my stomcah and still have my hips!!! tone my legs and too. but listen. i'm latina and i have a nice big (sorry if thats weird, but its true) and i would like to keep it big. is there anyway to tone it so its nott saggy but not flat. any excersices will do just terach me how to do it. and any foods? idk? haha help thanks!!! easy fun ones wud be great but you knoww. thankss
