OK so I'll try to make this short. I have really bad anxiety, panic disorder, and attention deficit disorder. I started using crystal meth primarily for weight loss about 6 months ago. At first it was excellent because I lost weight, but also it helped me be really productive at work, i stopped procrastinatig for everything, and I was able to accomplish more. I never felt "high" just more energetic, less tired, and more productive. Then my face started caving in and I started looking like a crackhead and eventually started getting a little crazy -- I thought the IRS was following me and I attempted suicide twice. I left the hospital AMA with my previous psychitrist so he then discharged me from his medical care. I quit my job and things are horrible but I decided I wanted to go back to school. I'm 25 very smart but just can't seem to focus on one task. I heard Adderall works wonders but a lot of doctors frown upon people with drug abuse history or addictions. I really want to graduate college so I can have a few more options available to me and to make my parents proud. Plus i'm WAY too smart not too. I really would like an Adderall prescription. What things should I tell my psychiatrist to help get an Adderall prescription. By the way I heard it is an obesity medicine as well and since I am addicted to food and cant stop eating. It's hard for me to buy groceries because i eat it all in like 2 days. I am rapidly gaining the weight back and exercise doesnt seem to work because i exercise just so i can eat more. Ive tried therapy and nothing seems to work. My social anxiety disorder was probably the number one issue that I was dealing with but now my ADHD is since I am starting school soon and I have no idea how I will be able to study, listen to lectures, read text books. Is it the VCR, the antenna or the TV set?

The VCR on my VCR/DVD-player can no longer play videocasettes (yes, some of us still use 'em) or record off the TV screen. I got out my old VCR (the one I had before I bought the DVD/VCR combo), which was still working before I retired it, hooked that up to the TV, and found that the old VCR wouldn't play or record either. I read where the heads might need cleaning so I did that and both VCRs still wouldn't work, It seems odd that both VCRs would be broken, so I thought it might be the set. However, the DVD part of the DVD/VCR combo works just fine hooked up to the set. I notice that some of the tv stations I've had no problems viewing are now coming in crummy, and adjusting the antenna (I don't have cable and use "rabbit ears") doesn't clear things up. It seems too unlikely that the antenna has gone on the fritz just coincidentally the same time as the VCRs. Is it possible the problem with the VCRs is in the antenna? I'd hate to buy a third VCR and find that it doesn't work, either.

i realize this may sound a little messed up at first, but please just read to the end before responding... i just got a juror qualification questionnaire and im trying to figure out a way to get out of it. i dont do well in crowds or under pressure and i have panic attacks all the time, but i've never been to a doctor for it so i cant use that, they arent going to care. i also have panic attacks driving on highways, and it aint like the court house is just down the street, its 2 1/2 hours away, but once again the court isnt going to care because they'll expect me to force someone else to drive me or to buy a greyhound ticket to get there, but once again, ride on a bus by myself with a bunch of creepy wierdos for 3 hours? that has panic attack written all over it... i believe these are all legit reasons, but like i said, the court isnt going to care since i cant get a note from a doctor. so, im considering marking the little circle that says "i request that the court excuse me permanently" and saying something like "the only time i've ever appeared in a court room was as a victim of ual and due to the emotional trauma i dont think i'll ever be able to step foot in a court room again." which, by the way, is totally true and probably the reason i get panic attacks, i just feel like a dirtbag using that to my advantage to get out of jury duty... anyways, do you think they'd accept that as a reason to be excused? if so, is there a better way that i can word it? i plan on giving them the offenders information so they can look it up if they want to and know im not just making it up. i'd also share that he's been convicted of more crimes than i can count and is currently in prison, and i believe anyone like him should be shot in the face and sent right to hell. they dont want biased jurors... right?

I cant get my bird to come out of his cage. If i just open the door he comes out on his own eventually. I would really like to be able to train him to come out of his cage when I tell him to and step up on my hand in case I need to get him out for an emergency or something. I have read that this is just how they are and I have read if they are raised right then they will come out when you want them to. We started him with a giant macaw cage bc it came with him. Ok, I've gone through the same thing. It's just a bout of depression. My "phase" as some doctors call it lasted for two weeks. Sometimes if depression runs in the family it can be long term. I'd wait it out for a couple of days and then go and see your family doctor if feelings persist. I know it can be h-e- double hockey sticks for a while but everything will turn out ok in the end! Having Jesus in your life means changing your life to accept His leadership -- thus He is your Lord, and not just your Savior. He wants to change us to be more like Him. The more we love God, the more we can commit and be obedient. Spiritual maturity comes as we realize that life isn't all about us. Most important is loving and helping God and others. I'm Lutheran and I like the Baptist churches too. Ways to stay on the project are going to church, reading the Bible daily, and daily prayer as needed. I've got a Life Application Study Bible, which has lots of footnotes to help explain what the Bible verses can mean for us today. The New Living Translation (NLT) of the Bible is modern language and easy to read. Honda CRF 70 is cutting out?

Just bought a used 2006 Honda 70 (the price was right!) and it's cutting out or bogging down at high RPMs. What is causing this and how do I fix it? I don't how well it's been maintained, but probably not well... the chain was dry and air cleaner needs cleaning, not to mention the bike needs cleaning in general- all bad signs. Ok, i had my daughter 8 months ago and we had a rough time. my doc. gave me an episomity and on top of that my daughters heart beat dropped and so the doc. had to vacuum her out thus resulting in me having 3rd degree lacerations which my doc stitched up. well i noticed a pain down there about 2 months ago and i felt and there was a bump i thought it might be something gross like an ingrown hair or something. well ive left it alone and the bump went away but the pain is still there and now its like black and purple. i started to think about it and the only thing that i can think of is that my stitches didn't fully dissolve..does anyone else know what it could be or what i should do? please no sarcastic remarks and dont poke fun.

2003 Manual Saturn Vue?

I have a 2003 Saturn Vue with 115000 miles on it, and last Saturday as I was leaving the Mall the steering wheel was very hard to turn especially to the left, then my Service Light went on then the Check Engine Light, I drove over to Sears and checked my oil and it was low, put some in and about 20 mins later the steering was fine. Drove the car to work Sunday night and no problems. Took the car to the mechanic on Monday cause the service light kept going on on my way home from work, but the steering was fine. Today the steering did tighten up again and the service lite stayed on. I also noticed that the RPM's when Im at a stop light stayed at 2 for a few seconds then dropped down to the 1 where it should be when your stopped and idel. But my concern is the steering wheel being hard to turn the mechanic checked the computer in the car and nothing came up just that the car stalled with the key in the ignition which is true teaching my nephew how to drive. I checked the oil today when I got to work and its fine I use Amsoil. Any answers????

Why my herbs stopped growing?

Recently I bought three flower pots with thyme, marjoram and rosemary. In the beginning they were growing normally but I forgot to water them for five days and they slightly lost their color and some twigs dried too. Alright, I'm 16 years old sophmore, and my girl friend is a 14 years old freshman in high school. We met in October this year at a football game. At the time my best friend liked her, but I had an interest in her regardless yet told no one because my friend had 'called dibs' I guess you could say. Well, I told him I would help him get a girl friend, and since he had his heart and mind set on her, I helped him out. Eventually the two of them got together. They dated for a week, yet they never really seemed like a couple. He was always depressed, and she felt so lonely, and I discovered that she lived right down the street from my dads house. So me and her became friends and snuck out in the middle of the night to hang out. We had some good times, shared some special moments. And eventually we realized that we were in love and kissed. Needless to say, we both felt horrible, so we told my best friend what happened and this huge fiasco came about that lasted for a month or two. But finally, in on December 15th, when all the bad feelings were gone, she asked to go out with me, and I readily and eagerly accepted. Days went by, which turned to weeks, and eventually I had my first real high school relationship that lasted a month :) I never felt so happy in my life because I seriously risked loosing ALL my friends for her because I really do care about her and love her with all my heart. But the more we snuck out to see each other, the more information I found out. Her past is not a good one at all. Her mother was, and I hate to say it, but a crazy, drunk, crack head who had with multiple guys, had several children with different fathers, then abused them and finally left them all with their individual fathers. My girl friend had a younger sister and two older brothers from their respective father, who was also out of the picture, so they spent three years together in foster care. Her brothers were adopted, which left just her and her little sister, and eventually after a really long court case, her dad got them back. Unfortunately, after all the trauma he has been through in his life ( abuse, , crazy mother of his children, etc.) he didn't turn out quite that good. He abused and still abuses my girl friend and her little sister, eventually sending the little sister away and had her adopted to, leaving just my girl friend in his 'care'. He hits her, bashes her head into things, yells at her constantly, and flips **** at everything and everyone, and he's been doing it for years now. Because of this my girl friend doesn't have ANY friends at school, is bullied at home and school, virtually hated for no apparent reason by everyone, and has gone through 12 terrible relationships with guys who lied to her and tried to have with her. Even during when we met at the football game she was with a guy who was a drunk and constantly abused her too. So we've been dating for over three months now, our four month anniversary will be April 15th. Through these months I noticed I've been progressively becoming more of a pessimist than the optimistic person I used to be. I think the reason behind it is, as I was seriously just recently told, when my girl friend is abused by her dad, she becomes depressed and starts taking it out on me when all I try to do is help, and since she takes it out on me it gets me depressed, and so on and so forth. Already she has cut herself numerous times, but that stopped. Our relationship has been a strained one at that. She was a druggie for 6 months, and I used to drink now and then, but when we got together we made a pact to stay sober, which I've been faithful too. However a month or so into our relationship, she lied to me and didn't tell me that she had done them once while we were together and even after that she talked about how tempting it was. But so far she has stayed clean, which is good. Another thing is she constantly brings up her various ex boy friends and talks to a LOT of terrible guys that I tell to back off, but she is desperate to have friends, so she tells me not to ruin it for her. A few weeks ago she wanted to break up with me for reasons I'm still unsure about, but we got past that, and the last major thing that was bad was there was a school dance that I couldn't make it too, but she went to anyway promising to not do anything regrettable. Sure enough I found out she grinded with some other guys and participated in a 'grinding train' where a bunch of people grind together while another person goes through their legs and is ed. Yet through all the terrible things she does to hurt me... I always forgive her and try to move on. I get people telling me everyday that we should break up (including my parents and her dad who hates me), and so does she. I'm not sure if its a Nazi tactic but it could be considered a thug tactic, no matter, whatever it is it isn't legal because that's why we have courts. When you have a criminal problem you charge the business or person with crimes. If the problem is civil in nature you sue them in court. The President is an administrator not a federal attorney, lawmaker or a judge. Obama actually forced a foreign business that has not been charged with a crime and has not been ordered by a court of law to pay any damages to pay a $20B. For what? Was it damages? What is the $20B legally considered to be? Here's are some more questions I have: Would the plaintiffs have received more money in court rather than what they will receive with the Obama strong arm method? Can the affected states, counties, parishes, businesses, or individual citizens sue BP now that they made this deal? Are people agreeing not to sue BP or the federal government which is their legal right in order to receive this payoff? I don't think this was a good idea and I believe BP could sue the federal government if lawsuits grow and their legal position becomes convoluted because of this deal.

I am a male manager of all female employees and find it can be a challenge. Any suggestions?

(Serious responses ONLY) I have been a manager for over 10 years, but in all situations before the gender base has been mixed. I now supervise 12 people in a call center, 11 of which are female. I find that the climate is truly different this time around and there is the sense of a heightened emotional "temperature". Even my own istant manager and manager are women. I'm trying hard not to stereotype the situation (which would be easy to do), as there are plenty of generalizations one could make. I truly like my coworkers and seem to have their respect as well. I am adept at lucid dreaming?

Well first of all I have mild ocd, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety issues. Medicated for all of them. Half of my dreams are lucid, but I have never intentionally tried to get it that way. It slowly developed to the point where if I realize i'm dreaming, I can take control of the dream. I can't change it though, just the way it plays out, and my "character" in general. Is there any science behind any of this? I never go to bed trying to lucid dream or say that i'm going to have a lucid dream tonight.

After a workout is the best time to have carbs (Kashi and fruit was a great choice) and protein (yogurt another win). People say you might not want to eat fats directly after a workout (pb), but I believe as long as you stay in the confines of your daily caloric budget then as long as it's healthy it's ok. Well I have found that when my face/chin have broke out it was from resting my face in my hand. Remember your hands are very dirty. That'swhy they say not to pop and pimples for fear they will become infected. Just be sure to wash hands often in case you do touch your face. If your still in school and get bored as we all have be sure when resting your head on your hand to put your long sleeve shirt between your hand and your face, this will help immensely. I had 3 scrambled eggs with half a serving of marshmellows which would be 50 cal. and 9g sugar/carbs of marshmellows. I like a little bit of flavor to my eggs and cheese just doesnt taste right unless you add a whole bunch of other junk to it, er tastes good too but its just adding on more fat, and sugar-free syrup is good too but its also bad for you cuz of the aspartame. And marshmellow are pure sugar but i only need a little bit to satisfy me, and yes they have no nutritional value but neither does the syrup or er. And like i said the cheese just doesnt taste right in eggs in my opinion. I also had a clementine. So i got some fat, protein, and carbs(sugar) from my breakfast (: what do you say? There's sunflower seeds in my guinea pig's food?

My guinea pig got switched to another brand of food. This food has sunflower seeds and I don't like it. I've been taking off the shells and giving her the inside, but should I remove them altogether? Also, what's a good brand of guinea pig food? I like foods that have little tidbits in them, and Brownie doesn't really like plain pellets. She needs to have a little variety in her food! Most guinea pig foods seem to have a lot of artificial coloring and it's hard to find a good brand.

my leopard gecko is about 15 weeks old and iv had him for about a week and it seems to me that he's darker than he was when i got him, he's got a 2ft viv with a hide, come plastic plants for decoration and a heat rock and also three feeding bowls one for water, one for meal worms and one for calcium, i have been feeding him locusts which i dust with calcium dust and also have small black bugs but he doesn't eat them. his viv is at the correct Temperature and i have the lights on during the day then turn them off in the evening, so why is he going darker could he bee shedding?

My 14 month boy fell from dining table yesterday when we took him for dinner party of my frnd?

I'll start off by letting you know that he's probably going to be fine.he squirmed and kicked off and landed on her head right in front of me today around 10pm. I was sitting right there--against the table--I NEVER leave him or have ever left her unattended on any raised surface so this is just killing me.we went for dinnerparty and there he fell frm sofa , The table is just over 3ft high and have hardwood floors. anyway, he immediately screamed and cried . i just look out for--vomiting, lethargy, irritability, and hematoma. So far so good--it's now 8am.no bleeding,bruise enjoying musIc,i won't let him out of my sight. I'm still totally freaked out and will never get the image or sound of her head hitting the hardwood floor out of my mind. has anyone had experience with this? He then demanded more loudly and my friend handed him the single car freshener he had. He then stepped to the side to leave and the guy tackled him. He was not provakative or anything in that matter to provoke anything physical. The guy then told him to stop ulting him and began to hit him repeatedly. My friend never once touched him, all on camera to prove it. The only thing he said was, I'm not resisting, I'm not resisting! And then when he was on the floor pinned it was My dad is going to kick my ***. The guys remark to that was your going to have your *** kicked here in a second. I'm a guitarist. And my advise is simple: If you're absolutely sure. Absolute sure, then by the guitar. For that money, you can get a good brand and be happy as a pig in sh*t. But if you're not sure, then don't do it. It would be a shame to purchase the instrument and let it collect dust. And you have a computer, right. What I don't like about upgrading to a better computer is that the better and more expensive the model, the more things you ultimately have to purchase, because it can accomodate the extra gadgets. I've got a 5 year old home computer and that's that. I also have a 1937 Martin and an 1957 Gibson. And that's really, really that.

This is what I see. The poor fit saddle does not really fit you. A saddle that is to small will cause you lean forward, backwards and everything in between because it is not comfortable and you cannot get in the correct position in the middle of the saddle. And if you are shifting around, your horse will react. The roping saddle more than likely fits you better and you in turn are sitting more balanced. I don't think the pad is "rubbing" your horse. I ride and rope with this very same pad and have never had any problems with it. BUT this is what I do see and I think this is what the know it all cowboy was trying to tell you. Look at the pictue that shows the front of your horse with the roping saddle. The pad is pulled down tight across her withers. This can cause a binding, pinching feeling, and can result on back and wither soreness. Kinda like wearing jeans that are to tight. What I would suggest is when you saddle, put on your pads, put on your saddle, and then reach under the front of the pads and "tent" them up into the gullet of the saddle before you tighten the girth. When you look at the front of your horse, you should see a space between the horse and the pad, not the pad and the saddle. This will take the pressure off the withers and will result in a much easier moving horse. I have to do this with my high withered roping horse, or after a day or two he will be so sore that he cannot move. So I started "tenting" all my horses, and the change was very noticable.
